
Cecilia graduated early from Northwestern University in June 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Psychology and minors in Legal Studies and Integrated Marketing Communications. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she worked on a variety of research projects, including oncology clinical trials, infant language development, behavioral health interventions on adolescents, and school-based meditation interventions. Cecilia began working at the WUNDER Lab in August 2024, where she is responsible for the screening, scheduling, and recruitment of primary visit timepoints and the management of the fifth visit timepoints in the HBCD study. She also administers developmental assessments, conducts maternal surveys, collects biospecimen, assists on EEG collection for infant participants, codes infant-parent interactions, and addresses maternal clinical alerts. In the future, she hopes to get a PhD in Clinical Psychology to study neurocognitive mechanisms of disorders.
