Lourdes joined the lab in Fall 2020 to pursue her interests in using different neuroimaging modalities to better understand the brain and its relationship to the mind. Specifically, the relationship between aberrant brain development and poor mental health outcomes. Lourdes works across studies as an MRI technician, running the scanner and collecting data, as well as processing structural MRI data and processing/analyzing EEG data. In her free time, Lourdes enjoys hiking with her dog, cooking, and planning her next trip home to the Dominican Republic.
